WE INSPECT:
• Install gauges and check refrigerant. **
• Inspect differential temperature across evaporator
• Inspect outside condenser coil. **
• Inspect volts & amp to all motors
• Inspect all moving parts & lubricate if needed**
• Inspect filter & blower assemble for any blockage. **
• Inspect starting contacts & capacitor.
• Inspect electrical disconnect.
• Inspect all wiring & connections.
• Inspect thermostat and batteries, if programmable. **
• Inspect temperature discharge at condenser.
• Inspect dampers if marked for summer / winter.
• Inspect drain line (size ¾ " pvc) **
• Inspect level of condenser. **
• Inspect plenum for air leaks. **

We return in the fall and inspect your furnace to keep your home comfortable all year.
• Inspect heat exchanger (visual) for cracks.
• Inspect pilot / igniter / flame sensor.
• Inspect burners for proper flame.
• Inspect all safety controls, pressure switches, limit switches.
• Inspect draft diverter / PVC venting outside. **
• Inspect for proper temperature differential.
• Inspect volts & amps to all motors.
• Inspect all moving parts & lubricate if needed. **
• Inspect filter & blower assembly for any blockage. **
• Inspect all wiring and connections.
• Inspect thermostat and batteries, if programmable. **
• Inspect dampers if marked for summer / winter.
• Inspect drain lines and condensation trap. (size ¾ “ pvc). **
• Inspect plenum for air leaks. **
• Inspect humifilter for operation. **
• Start up furnace and complete cycle.
• Place MES stickers on equipment.
